You know what’s really frustrating (prepare yourself for a first world problem)? When you find the perfect cute item of clothing and then find out the price is way higher than your budget allows. It seems to me like most magazine and websites feature clothing and items that the everyday person just can’t afford.Affordability is definitely a relative term- everyone’s price range is going to be different. But I want to do my best to make sure I’m presenting affordable items, because no one should feel like they have to spend lots of money to feel cute or dress in a way that fits their style.
That’s why I’m starting the “Affordable Summer style” series. I was nervous tostart this because let’s face it, it’s not always easy to find stylish, affordable items for prices that aren’t expensive. But that’s my goal. Because I believe you can express who you are through how you dress without breaking the bank or being financially unresponsible. This doesn’t mean I won’t ever post items that involve splurging every once in while. But it means that I strive to post items that are more affordable for people like me.
